Shipping policy

We will send the chosen products to the address you provided in the checkout page once an order has been placed on our platform and payment has been received.

When you register or check out, please make sure the correct address information is provided. If the address you provided is incorrect or unattended, we will not be responsible for any delivery problems.

Typically, it takes 5 to 8 business days to send the products that have been purchased.

Most orders are typically shipped out within a week (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Due to higher traffic, deliveries may be a little delayed if you purchase our products from a sale event. We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible.

We will give you an email confirmation when we have been alerted that the products have been delivered to the indicated in the order form.
